based on a common goal of safeguarding the investment the residents have made

community where the high standards of our infrastructure, amenities and
physical environment continue to be maintained.
Competent, Progressive Governance

community with a community association governed by a group of dedicated
residents elected by a democratic process and supported by appropriate
committees, groups, task forces, and staff to form a governance system in which
the desire of the residents to maintain the quality of life and value of their
investment is the primary objective.

community where the voice of the well-informed residents is heard and understood
by all governing entities having jurisdiction over the area in which we live.
Fiscal Responsibility

future, and where maintaining that financial soundness is primary in determining
annual resident fees.
The Citizens Council At Sun City Texas
sincerely believes this vision can be achieved by exercising dynamic
leadership, by mobilizing residents, civic and neighborhood organizations, and
local businesses, and by providing truthful and accurate information on all
issues.
